About Therapy

Become the best version of yourself.

My vision when I created Integrative Therapies, LLC, was to help my clients heal from generational, family, and relationship trauma so they can break free from symptoms of anxiety, depression, and physical unwellness.

When people receive compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care, they will be better partners and parents and will learn to become the healthiest, most evolved, and successful version of themselves.

My approach focuses on your needs.

When working with me, I place high priority on your safety. You can consider this our bond throughout our work together. Your needs always come first.

Therapy is about you. Therefore, you set the agenda and pace. I am not going to tell you what to do, nor will I give you advice – unless you specially request it.

I use a variety of research-based, proven techniques tailored to meet your needs.

Therapy with me is a genuine collaboration, aiming for small, measurable, and realistic changes so you can make lasting connections that help you become a better, healthier version of yourself.

I respect your heaviest of secrets.

Nothing shocks me, and I’ll never judge you, because I understand how your nervous system has learned to cope and survive.

You may not see it now, but I KNOW your negative thoughts or unhealthy habits do not define you.

You’re just sick of hurting and repeating the same patterns.

About Tricia Conlon, LMFT, CHT, CIMHP

Everyone has a story to tell.

I have always been an avid reader, a writer, and a storyteller. And for over 20 years, I have had the privilege of listening to the stories people tell me and connecting to their pain, whether through my work in various healthcare roles or in my diverse clinical therapy practice experience.

I received my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, I am trauma-informed, EMDR-trained, a Certified Hypnotherapist, as well as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner.

My career in helping people is rewarding.

My training, expertise, and combined life experiences help me confidently inspire change and support individuals, couples, and families to learn to live the life of their most excellent design. I have come to appreciate the power of helping people take the smallest of steps to make significant, lasting changes to their mental and physical health – encompassing mind, body, and spirit.

I believe that people are mostly similar, with similar needs and wants, to be seen and loved, to feel connected, and to be a part of a community. That is why I became a therapist – there is no greater reward than empowering clients to make lasting changes that will yield lifelong results!

In my free time…

In addition to reading, writing, cooking… I love working out, going to the gym, quality time with my family, being in the sunshine, and not only giving, but also receiving, hypnotherapy – always learning, growing, and working on becoming a better version of myself.
